With the tool

RC-Z2290 you

can disassemble

all the RC-

Bulkhead-

Connectors

with the black

snap-in ring that

holds the

connector insert.

Slide the shell (1), and the lock-over (2) onto the cable. Strip the jacket back 30 mm (1.2 in.). Remove foil and

inner insulation, etc. and strip the wire ends 3.5 mm, tin if necessary for soldering. Solder or crimp wires to the

contacts of the insert. Push locking sleeve (4) onto the insert (3). Watch for coding channel!. Push lock-over (2)

into the locking sleeve (4). Slide all together into the shell (coding channel!) by using the assembly tool (6). Press

the sealing ring (5) into position with the assembly tool.
