Assembly Instructions

●  RC-Connectors style Z   ●

Slide cable gland (1) or (different ones) with endbell (2) and right-angled shell (3) over the jacket of

the cable.

Strip the cable jacket back 30 mm (1.2 inches).

Remove foil and inner insulation material to expose the cable wires.

Strip the wire ends 3.5 mm and twist the strands for pre-soldering, if you use solder connector

inserts.

Solder, screw or crimp the wires to the contacts of the connector insert.

Fold plastic cover (4) over the wires and the connector insert as shown.

Push insert with cover into the front unit (6) while aligning the the coding channel

with the coding rib.

Insert the complete front unit into the front of the right-angled connector and tighten with nut.

Screw the endbell into the back side of the connector tight to the stop.

Screw in the desired cable gland (if used).
