Assembly Instructions
  BC-Connector style 8, 9  
 
             
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
  Slide cap nut (1), endbell (4), shield elements (3,2), coupling nut (5) and shield ring (6) over the cable jacket.
  Strip cable jacket back 23 mm (0.9 inches).    
  Bend shielding braid back at a right angle and cut it as shown to a 15 mm dia. circle.     
  Remove foil, cotton and any other insulation material to expose the cable wires.    
  Strip the wire ends 3.5 mm and twist the strands for pre-tinning.     
  Solder the wires to the contacts of the connector insert.     
  Fold the plastic cover (7) over the wires as shown.    
  Push the shielding ring over the cover (7) by squeezing the shield wires.    
  Push the composed components (6,7,8) into the enclosure cylinder (9).     
  Pull the O-ring (10) over the connector insert.     
  Place the entire unit onto the assembly tool BC-Z2235 (or a mating connector).    
  Screw the endbell (4) tight to the stop.    
  Screw the cap nut (1) tight to the stop.

  Place the entire unit onto the assembly tool BC-Z2235 (or a mating connector).    
  Screw the endbell (4) tight to the stop.    
  Screw the cap nut (1) tight to the stop.
